Our Senior FITness program is designed to promote wellness of body, mind and spirit and to nourish a lifelong interest in personal fitness and healthy living. This popular program uses state-of-the-art "senior friendly" training equipment to improve strength, cardiovascular health, balance and flexibility.
The initial visit begins with a free fitness evaluation by a personal trainer followed by a recommended and custom tailored strength and cardiovascular training program.
Staying fit will enhance quality of life, improve strength, balance and flexibility and help seniors get back on track after an injury. It can also reduce healthcare costs by proactively slowing natural decline due to the aging process.
